Tectonic’s Water Utility Management Goals are to provide our Clients with programs to generate significant long term revenue by leasing space on water tanks and other real estate holdings to the wireless telecommunication industry.
In order for Tectonic to achieve these goals, the Water Utility Management Program is typically structured into four Key Phases, as follows:
Phase I: Defining the Water Assets and Program Goals
Phase II: Development of Implementation Standards / Criteria including:
- Develop a marketing program, specific to the water provider that will generate recognition in the telecommunications industry, for leasing their assets.
- Leasing
- Construction
- Rental Collection
- A/E Design
- Safety & Homeland Security
- Develop leasing, design, construction, and safety standards to ensure there is minimal disturbance or disruption to the Clients’ assets, existing tenants, or community.
Phase III: Marketing and Outreach Program to Telecommunication Market Development
Phase IV: Management of Program and Annual Revenue Goals
Specifically, it is necessary to develop a process from concept to completion, including long-term oversight to ensure the project has no impact to the facility or community and generates revenue for the water utility.
