As Vice President of Professional Services Nationwide, Mr. Martella is responsible for on-going and future professional services for Telecommunication and Data Center Clientele, implementing strategic planning initiatives for 5G implementation and technological advancements, client monitoring / management, engineering design and management for nationwide projects and fosters team approach for integration of telecommunication solutions.

Mr. Martella has been with Tectonic since 1998 and has over 42 years of engineering and construction experience. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in 22 states and in the past has been responsible for technical direction and coordination of development, engineering and design for all Telecommunication, Facility and Utility projects within all numerous regions and markets including Design, QA/QC, Inspections, Critical Infrastructure Assessments and Protection Plans.
