Tectonic has provided on-site inspection, resident engineering, contract administration and materials testing services for municipalities for over twenty years. Depending on the need we can provide part-time to full-time inspection services to verify compliance with plans and specifications and assist with troubleshooting construction issues as they occur.
Tectonic's construction management services include contract administration, resident engineering, special inspections, scheduling, planning, estimating and materials testing. Tectonic's construction inspection personnel are licensed professional civil engineers, engineering geologists and technicians who are certified in accordance with National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET), Levels I to IV, the American Concrete Institute (ACI), the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI and the American Welding Society (AWS).
