This project involved the design and development of various sites with associated parking on seven (7) parcels comprising fifty (50) acres including:

• One 70,000 square foot office building
• Two 86,000 square foot manufacturing complexes
• 153,000, 60,000, and 45,000 square foot interstate and inter-local warehouse facilities
• Resubdivision for commercial, retail and hospitality uses

Tectonic performed a broad spectrum of services that varied across each site including:

• Boundary & topographic surveys
• Subdivisions
• Conceptual, preliminary & final site development designs
• Site layout, grading, drainage, erosion control, landscaping, lighting & utilities
• Environmental assessments, wetlands delineations, and regulatory permitting
• Stormwater management
• Preparation of structural foundations
• Geotechnical studies
• Construction inspection services

In addition, water quality and quality controls were designed to NYSDEC standards to meet sizing criteria and pollutant removal goals while hydrologic/hydraulic analyses supported regional stormwater system designs that expedited approvals of subsequent phases.
