This project involved the design and development of various sites with associated parking on seven (7) parcels comprising fifty (50) acres including:
One 70,000 square foot office building
Two 86,000 square foot manufacturing complexes
153,000, 60,000, and 45,000 square foot interstate and inter-local warehouse facilities
Resubdivision for commercial, retail and hospitality uses
Tectonic performed a broad spectrum of services that varied across each site including:
Boundary & topographic surveys
Subdivisions
Conceptual, preliminary & final site development designs
Site layout, grading, drainage, erosion control, landscaping, lighting & utilities
Environmental assessments, wetlands delineations, and regulatory permitting
Stormwater management
Preparation of structural foundations
Geotechnical studies
Construction inspection services
In addition, water quality and quality controls were designed to NYSDEC standards to meet sizing criteria and pollutant removal goals while hydrologic/hydraulic analyses supported regional stormwater system designs that expedited approvals of subsequent phases.
