Coconino County Emergency Response Plan

Tectonic developed an All Hazard Integrated Emergency Response Plan (ERP) for Coconino County, Arizona, the second largest county in the US, larger than the states of New Hampshire and Vermont combined. This project involved not only development of a Regional ERP that was NIMS/NRF and FEMA compliant for Coconino County, but also individual ERPs for the Cities of Flagstaff, Williams, Page, and the Community of Tuba City, as well as Northern Arizona University, Coconino County Community College, and the Flagstaff United School. The ERP consisted of the integration of regional evacuation, special needs, mass facilities, COOP, pandemic flu, hazardous materials response plans, and other management and planning programs.

Additional services included establishing training and exercise programs, based on HSEEP, and the development of a regional communication plan.
