(“Tectonic” or “the Company”), a leading multi-disciplined engineering firm, is pleased to announce a strategic investment by Good Springs Capital LP (“Good Springs”), a private investment firm dedicated to partnering with founders, families, and entrepreneurial management teams in the industrial and services sectors.

Tectonic has had exceptional growth since its founding in 1986. Over the last 38 years Tectonic has grown its business and reputation by being responsive to clients and providing them with high-quality engineering services and advice. The investment by Good Springs will allow for continued growth and expansion across all our current and future services and markets. Daily operations will continue as usual, and all agency and client contacts will remain unchanged.

Additionally, Brian Morris will join Tectonic as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Morris brings over 37 years of experience and robust financial management and operational efficiency in line with Tectonic’s expansion growth objectives. Before joining Tectonic Brian held Chief Financial and Risk Officer position that co-led transformative initiatives that escalated a regional firm specializing in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction into a global powerhouse.
