Tectonic is providing project management services as owners representative for the LIRR’s comprehensive structural inspection of various LIRR bridges and viaducts crossing roadways, waterways, and other railways.

The major work elements of the project include the in-depth/comprehensive inspection, reporting and evaluation of the existing structural condition of all members of each bridge, tunnels, culverts, signal bridges, retaining walls, and high-tension towers.

Tectonic staff is managing the third-party consultant responsible for LIRR’s Systemwide Bridge Assessment Project, overseeing day-today tasks of the project, including management of scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality, safety, and resources as well as making sure that the project is running on time and within budget.
