Tectonic is providing On-Call Construction Inspection Services at various locations throughout NYC. Tectonic has been selected by NYC Economic Development Corporation to provide necessary construction inspections of materials and installation to ensure work conforms to contract documents and the NYC Building Code. Projects to date include:

• Steeplechase Plaza, Coney Island – $4M project; part of the planned 44-Acre Network of Parks
• Cyclone Roller Coaster at Coney Island
• Gansevoort Chiller Plant, Manhattan
• The Highline M&O Facility, Manhattan
• Hunts Point Market
• 120 East 125th Street Caribbean Cultural Center, NYC
• Brooklyn Army Terminal Elevator Modernization
• Relocation of the Goldwater Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) Campus and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) to new facilities on the former North General Hospital Campus, now referred to as Goldwater North, on Roosevelt Island, near Manhattan. Goldwater North will provide more space and greater privacy for patients and residents while accommodating a new model of resident-centered programming with 164 skilled nursing facility beds and 201 acute long-term care beds.
