Tectonic provided controlled inspection and testing laboratory services under a three-year, $3M contract for the rehabilitation of Housing Authority properties throughout NYC. Services to date covered: roofing, structural steel, structural stability, all concrete, reinforced masonry, and masonry units. Inspection and testing of material, equipment and operations were conducted with strict adherence to the New York City Building Code and comply with contract documents.
