Orange Regional Medical Center, a new $317 million dollar state-of-the-art hospital, was the first community hospital built in New York State in more than 20 years. The 7-floor, 354-room hospital, was built on 61-acres in the Town of Wallkill, NY and has become one of the largest medical centers between the Tappan Zee Bridge and Albany.

Tectonic provided construction survey support services for the construction of the site improvements and infrastructure for the medical facility. Services included offset stakes, and grades for all site improvements such as rough grading, detention ponds, drainage structures, sanitary sewer structures, concrete curb, etc. Tectonic also provided building control lines on all floors, anchor bolt verification surveys, and as-built surveys after construction.

Prior to the start of construction, Tectonic performed a verification survey to make sure the proposed improvements worked with the existing conditions.
