Tectonic Welcomes Mr. Brian Mercure as Construction Manager of Transportation in Connecticut

Tectonic Engineering & Surveying Consultants P.C. welcomes Mr. Brian Mercure, P.E. as Construction Manager of Transportation in Connecticut. As a recent retiree from the Connecticut Department of Transportation where he most recently served as Assistant District Engineer, Mr. Mercure brings over thirty-two years of exceptional construction and management experience. Mr. Mercure was responsible for direct oversight and management on mega-scale projects including the $2 Billion I-95 New Haven Harbor Crossing Corridor Improvement Program, the $1.5 Billion Utility Program, the $94 Million Sikorsky Bridge, and the $120 Million Stamford Train Station Improvement Program, as well as numerous other (more than 50) large-scale projects. He will take on a key role in helping improve Tectonic’s quality efforts, obtain and manage large-scale projects, and delivery of exceptional results.
